Hi my name is Jim Keys, I was considered diabetic when I started at 6.5 on my a1c, I am now 5.1.
I heard about the program on KFI, I was a bit skeptical but I thought, what have I got to lose? So I went to the dinner and met the doctor and she went over the program there. And the next day I met with her again and I signed up. It was the best thing I ever did. I had no idea that I was in need of this program, because I felt fine. I never felt like I had diabetes. However, my blood sugar was 416, and now I am at 95 to 100. I just can’t say enough about how good my clinician has been helping me with my diet, my exercise, and the supplements I’ve been taking. The staff has been incredible, very welcoming and always there when I needed them. I really didn’t have any symptoms before I started, but once we realized how serious this disease really is, it is truly a silent killer. Where you can feel good one day and the next day you wake up and you’re losing your eyesight or losing a leg.
I recommend this program to anybody, it’s well worth it and I’d do it again if I had to.
